The festival weekend starts on Thursday 21st May, until the morning of Monday 24th May 2026.
XXL MALTA 2027 will take place across various venues across the island, More info to follow in 2026.
We are not offering accommodation for 2026 but you can book via our partners here: https://www.choosemalta.com/xxl-malta-2026
We recommend staying in Qawra, St. Pauls Bay and Bugibba areas.
The Event is strictly limited to persons aged 17 and over.
Individuals must be prepared to show valid photographic identification on request such as a passport, European ID photocard, or a UK/EEA photocard driving licence.

TICKETS
Final release tickets are currently priced at £220 + BF.
Day tickets are available for £70 + BF per day apart from Thursday pre-party which is £35 + BF.

You'll be able to pay a £50 deposit for each ticket, followed by monthly instalments. The monthly instalment will differ based on your ticket type and the day you start your plan.
There are a limited allocation of Payment plan options and they're likely to sell out fast. Please read our Payment Plan terms HERE before committing to the plan.
Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would put you at risk of the booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the ticket(s)
If your payment fails, you will receive an automatic email notification and Easol will attempt to charge the card two more times. The attempts to charge the card on file will be made in one-week intervals.
If all the attempts to charge the card fail, you need to update your credit card details if applicable and pay for the remaining balance at xxltechno.uk/bookings.
In accordance with our Terms + Conditions, we have the right to cancel your booking if there's no payment after 5 days of the first attempt.
If you have booked a payment plan and we have your card saved, you can update your payment details by logging into www.xxltechno.uk/log-in
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment card details remain valid and up to date. If you need to change your payment card details you must do this before payment of the next instalment becomes due. If there are insufficient funds in your account for 5 days, your tickets will be cancelled as per our Terms + Conditions.
A lead booker can purchase up to 20 tickets.
E-tickets will be sent out closer to the start of the event. Kindly note that your e-tickets will be issued to the email address associated with the lead booker's email on the booking.
Once e-tickets are issued, they will also be available for download in the lead booker's Easol account directly via myeasol.com/bookings.
You can insure your order in case you're unable to attend the festival.
You can purchase the booking protection directly when you complete your booking.
For payment plans, the Booking Protection fee will be collected at the time of the first instalment.

Boat party tickets are add ons and will sold separately. You must have a festival ticket/wristband to get onto the boat.

Yes, a limited number of day tickets are available for £35 + BF for Thursday and £70 + BF per day for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
TRAVEL
Daily direct Flights to Luqa, Malta International Airport, are available from all major EU and UK airports.
Connecting flights options are available from most EU airports.
We recommend booking your flights sooner than later to secure the best prices.
MALTA PUBLIC TRANSPORT is the national bus operator responsible to operate all public transport services by bus on the Maltese islands.
Despite the small size of the island, there are several taxi companies in Malta offering you a wide range of choice for your occasional trips.
Bolt
It is the most widely used taxi application in Malta, and many Bolt drivers offer their services on the island. You can find a vehicle available close to you in just a few minutes, wherever you are, using their app.
White cabs
This is the official taxi company in Malta. You will find ticket vendors at the airport to take you wherever you want, and also in Saint Julian’s (Paceville) and in Valletta. The difference with other companies lies in the prices (fixed price for a specific geographic area) and the booking process: You order your trip directly from the ticket office.
Uber
Uber is also available in Malta. You can find a vehicle available close to you in just a few minutes using their app.
For a private airport/Saint Julian’s trip, it costs between €16 and €20, depending on the firm. Shared journeys will be around €6 and €10.

The average daily temperature is approximately 25 degrees Celsius.
Please look after yourself and ensure you can enjoy the full weekend by staying hydrated, wearing sunscreen and taking breaks from the sun.
The currency of the Maltese Island is euro, and one can find various ATM's around the island to withdraw cash.
